Your Design & Build journey begins with an initial meeting with one of our experienced Home Consultants. This is where you can share with us your preferences and budget so that we can present tailored options to suit your needs.

Costing

Once you have selected the home that’s right for you, we will provide a free estimate of the cost.

Agreement

This agreement outlines all finial requirements tailored to your home; it is a legal agreement between you and DreamScape Homes covering the obligations of both parties. You will need to arrange the financing prior to signing which we can help you with. DreamScape Homes is an accredited Homefirst builder providing you peace of mind with a Homefirst 10 Year Builders Guarantee.

Complience

We take care of all the mandatory consent processes to ensure all legal and council requirements are in order. This process normally takes up to 5 to 6 weeks.

Construction

The exciting stage begins! Construction of your new home is overseen by one of our Project Managers who will keep you updated every step of the way, from planned site visits to email updates with photos.

Completion

Once construction is completed in our factory delivery of your new home is arranged, generally on overnight transport, where it is sited on its structural foundations. Then its time to hand over your new set of keys!
